§ 176-2. License application.

Any person desiring to secure a City license for doing any of the work prescribed in the preceding section shall make application therefor to the Council. Upon being satisfied that the applicant is skilled in the planning, superintending and the practical installation and conduct of the business of plumbing, and familiar with the laws, rules and regulation governing the same, the Council may direct that such City license be issued to him by the Clerk-Treasurer, when his complying with the requirements in the following sections.
