§ 176-3. Plumbing bond and fees.

Before the City plumber's license shall be granted to a person, he shall file with the Clerk-Treasurer a copy of a $25,000 Code Compliance Bond required by Minn. Stat. § 326.40, subd. 2. The applicant shall also, before such license is issued, pay to the Clerk-Treasurer a license fee of $25.
