§ 176-4. License duration, suspension, revocation.

    Every City license so issued shall expire one year after the date thereof, or it may be suspended or revoked at any time by the Council on satisfactory proof of any failure or neglect of the licensee to observe the rules and regulations prescribed by any ordinance or regulation passed by the Council relating to streets, sewers, drains and water works or to obey any reasonable direction given by the City Council respecting the performance of any service undertaken by such licensee in connection with soil sewer, drains and water works.
    B. 
    Ten days' notice to the licensee shall be given if there is any intention by the City Council to suspend or revoke a license, and before revocation or suspension, licensee shall have an opportunity to a hearing before the Council.
